The staff were very helpful, the rooms were good, clean and every inch of space to the max. Would reccomend this hotel to everyone. it was in a great location for shopping and riding the train. Excellent

We got to Ostersund a day early and after hours and could not get in to the lobby and had no way to contact them.

It was a good location - just close enough to all the shopping streets and the harbour. Breakfast was fine-plenty of choice for a cold buffet breakfast.

The shower would not stay up in the hanging position so that was awkward. The towels were not changed often enough.

An excellent hotel in an absolutely perfect setting with a lot of little extras. Bread, cereals, and cheese at breakfast. Located close to the train station, easy to get everywhere. Such a great experience there.

The Reception was very accommodating and the place was pretty comfortable all around, and included a nice morning breakfast. Great value! And had a very ingenious space saving shower/bathroom combo

The only thing was that the doors to each room lack all soundproofing whatsoever. So when someone down the hall walks by, closes their door, or is simply talking in the hallway, you are guaranteed to hear it. But other than that gripe, it was a great stay.

the hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and just a short walk from the town centre. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore Ostersund and enjoy the local restaurants. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it provided a peaceful environment for a good night's sleep. the breakfast options may have been basic, but they were more than sufficient with a variety of bread, cheese, meats, and cereals available. The hotel staff provided excellent instructions for our late arrival due to a train delay, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Cons: Nothing, no complaints at all. 👍.
